NO REFUND ON RESUME AND ASSESSMENTS

What is your refund policy?

Lovie Skin care and Hair care has a NO REFUND policy! Once YOUR order is placed, it CANNOT  be cancelled or refunded! If there is an issue with your order and it is an error on our part, feel free to email us with the name on the order as well as your order number. If it is an issue with shipping or delivery, please contact USPS! Priority packages come with insurance and if your package is damaged, you can file a claim with USPS to be refund. If your order is returned back to us, we will refund you for the items not the shipping fee. (This includes if you accidentally put the wrong address or was not home to receive the package)

How long does shipping take?
